Shipping and Returns
1.Terms
PRINT2ORDER.COM.AU will be named Provider.
Anyone who makes any request , quota or buy any product from Provider will be named Customer.
2. Warranty
Products shipped to the Customer are fully insured world wide by the post service used. The final price includes insurance. The Customer agree never and nowhere ask for returns or compensations from Provider but Provider will provide full support to the Customer in any legal issue about any product bougnt by Customer from this website.
3. Shipping and delivery
Products are delivered using Australian Post Office Services, Curriers and COD (Cash on Delivery). Items are delivered at the shipping address. They can be delivered to the Customer door using special services. There will be extra charges. Delivery time is up to 7 working days.
4. Money return
a) Custome has the right to receive back money he has paid to provider. He must ask for money return or compensation via email or using the contact page. He must provide all data in order to be fully identified (address, phone, email, full name, id, username and his Ref. Id. if it is known). At the same time he must prove that his request is based on real facts (see point 2).
b) Money will be never returned in the event the Customer violates the Agreement of this website. Please read Conditions of Use.
c) In case of products covered by third part (i.e. insurance provided by the postal services) the process of returning is a matter of the third part's terms and conditions.
d) The Provider assumes all responsibilities to deliver in time only his items / products. The Customer agrees never and nowhere asks for any kind or compensation know or unknown the Provider if the item / product he has bought, has been sent to him by the third part. Before buying anything, Customer should read carefully product details and specifications. If this is the case, Customer agrees to ask for compensation only the supplier of products. The Provider will fully support the Customer in his action.
